Need an extra kick to motivate you through? Maybe it's getting healthy or completing a project. Either way, kitchen magick is again here to help you get through it.
Ingredients and Their Magickal Properties - Kitchen Magick
As I always mention in my recipe posts, the purpose of my work as a kitchen witch relies on knowledge and intention.
Yes, this recipe will still taste delicious without transforming it into a spell. However, knowing your ingredients is essential to utilizing this recipe to help change your mind, body, and spirit.
Below is a list of each added ingredient and its extraordinary power for this recipe. Please note that this is not every magical benefit of this plant or herb; these are just the areas I believe should be focused on for this specific recipe.
Peppers
Peppers come in a variety of options, but one thing I've found is that the spicier the pepper, the more energy and passion it provides to the user. This makes the Serrano and Jalapeno peppers an amazing base for our motivation spell.
For our spell, we are tapping into the Fire element & Mars energy to be the basis of our spell and provide us with the passion, creativity, and energy we need to motivate through even the laziest moods.
Magickal Powers: Creativity, Energy, Passion
Limes
Our small green citrus friend makes for an excellent purifier. They are strong in cleansing and leave an uplifting, refreshing energy behind.
For our spell, we are utilizing the power of limes to help remove stagnant energy that keeps us procrastinating, providing us with a refreshed energy to prime our motivation.
Magickal Uses: Cleansing, Purification, Energizing, Refreshing
