• 2-3 tbsp coconut cream

• 2-3 tbsp simple syrup

• 1 1/2 oz white (or coconut) rum

• Soda water

Directions

1. In a glass or cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and strawberries. (Spirit of mint, bless this drink with raised vibrations and clarity; Spirit of strawberry, bless this drink with love and joy).

2. Add in rum, coconut cream and simple syrup. (Spirit of rum, bless this drink with purification; spirit of coconut, bless this dish with healing and beauty)

3. Shake (or mix if not an option) and pour over ice.

4. Top with soda water
